Alan, what I appreciate most is that you keep inviting us to look beyond technology itself and ask a much deeper question: What kind of world are we quietly building around it?

Those are conversations worth having long before the consequences become impossible to ignore.

Thank you per LEY for your kind words, and for extending very wisely what I posted.

Indeed, what kind of world is being built for our children and future generations.

I've long said that technology is like fire. We must use it carefully or it will burn us.

Data-centers are a global wildfire, seemingly out of control.

I wonder if somehow it will burn itself out, or collapse due to some other fortunate intervention. I certainly hope so.
