First slow your breathing, in and out through your nose, so that you can hardly hear your breath.
Breathe from deep in your belly. Be aware of your slowing breath, and slowing of your busy brain.
Repeat a few times until you feel a calming effect.
Then wonder about the different times in this sunrise.
The sun, when and how was it made?
The chimney stacks and pots?
The trees?
The light?
What light would we see without the sun?
The light of our soul perhaps.
